If you’ve ever met Garland, you know how bright her energy is. Better than Starbucks! Positive vibes with inspiring information and you believe what she’s saying because she is a good person and you believe goodness is honest and real. In a business where leverage is king, Garland is the Queen of Positivity in Commercial Real Estate and you find yourself listening and soaking in the those vibes and wanting more. This is such a unique podcast that combines business and life from people doing amazing things, but we just aren’t aware of many times for one reason or another. For me, this is one of the most inspiring shows out there, especially because it’s so impactful to see people who have blazed a trail that we can follow in.
