This Full moon meditation is a deep releasiing of things situations habits mindsets that no longer serve you. This meditation can be used in full moons or anytime you want to release any negative thoughts behaviors or old beliefs. By creating a conscious awareness to our thoughts our habits our behaviors that keep us stuck, we can begin the process of transformation. The meditation alone can guide and assist you to a place of freedom or a beginning of a transformation.
When creating a full moon ritual or ceremony use this meditation at the beginning. Allowing you to process before you release what no longer serves you or what you want to release.
Some suggestions for releasing.
1.Write down what you want to release from your life or transform and burn it in a fire.
2 You can speak what you want to release into a mirror or out in a sacred space.
3 Maybe write an old story and then replace it with a new one.
4If you live near a body of water. take a stone or rock and throw it into the water releasing it to be cleansed
Any action including journaling will rewire your brain and start the process.
Becoming present and aware while you transform is also part of the journey. Be kind to yourself in thoughts actions and reflections as you enter the transformation process. Becoming aware is a big step.
