Idyllwild yoga

I just listened to the episode on the spine. Great!! I was wondering if you might consider doing an episode for yoga and osteoporosis. As we are all heading down the age path, it will be an issue for more of our students. I was just diagnosed 😢. Jason’s episode about the spine was so informative. This is my favorite yoga podcast. It never disappoints. Thank you 🙏 Kate Yoga-ish was great! I love your human-ness🙏❤️
Yogaland is a good friend!

I’ve come to rely on Andrea’s conversations as I would on a good friend whom I call when I need support. Not sure how I missed the one with J. Brown from 2018. I related to this one very deeply. “Gentle is the new advanced” is a philosophy from which we can all benefit. So much wisdom and heart in this episode. Also, really appreciate the conversation with Dr. Gail Parker. I agree that it’s important for white people to talk about race. Sounds like I’d enjoy her books too. Yogaland is always in my rotation. Thanks so much for your many years of work on this! 🩷
“Reflections on politics”

I used to love this podcast. Mainly because I thought it was very informative and I always took away something new that I could apply to my teachings. However, I was extremely disappointed when politics became the topic of conversation. In a time where politics is always as the forefront, I thought this podcast could be an outlet. I don’t share the same political views or beliefs as Jason. And that’s okay to me. But this podcast made me feel like I am being shamed because I may feel differently or have different opinions. Hopefully I can return to listening one day.
