This podcast has changed my life! I’ve danced all my life and have always struggled to find balance with food and dance. Listening to Rachel each week has been a game changer both in and out of the studio. When it comes to nutrition for dancers, there’s so much misinformation out there— from people not qualified to give it. Highly recommend Rachel for all professional dancers!!

I was in shock when I found this podcast; it was everything I’d been looking for. I always love listening to the amazing advice Rachel has given and I’ve even found ways to apply it to my dance life. I definitely recommend this show to anyone who is looking for advice an on nutrition and how to I corporate it into your dance schedule!

I started listening to this podcast over the pandemic and quickly binged through all of it! I love hearing from professional dancers, how they fuel their bodies and their pre and post-show rituals!

The messages and resources offered by Rachel are changing our industry for the better. Her passion for the well-being and longevity of dancers is creating a new normal in dance culture: that our relationship with food does not have to be fear based in order to succeed; in fact, Rachel’s content encourages the opposite. Through Rachel and the abundance of resources she offers (within this podcast and beyond) I have learned how to use food as fuel for my athleticism and creativity! This has been key to feeling energized and happy whilst balancing a busy schedule. I feel Rachel’s experience in the dance world puts her in a similar headspace as dancers - she gets it, because she is in the same boat. The knowledge I have acquired through her content has healed my relationship with food, and hence trickled down into many, if not all areas of my life. Highly recommend for dancers of all ages and disciplines!
