WOW I am always hooked on the topics you ladies bring up but I want to just give an enormous THANK YOU for talking about anxiety. Bringing up mental health is so important to me as I am a clinician. Not a fully licensed therapist (yet) but I am accumulating my necessary hours. Hearing your experiences made me seriously grateful that there are people talking about mental health in an open way. ESPECIALLY as a Latina this topic is so stigmatized. But I love my job and I’m happy both of you have done therapy to help find ways of coping. I kinda miss when it was the provocative podcast, I miss the fitness content , talking about being a woman and femininity and embracing sexuality. I was so mad when she finally came back to making podcast and it’s a tittle change and a two host now
