Throughout the offseason, we have been sharing an audio-friendly segment of a clinic presentation. Today, we listen back to an informative segment from Lauren’s First and Goal Clinic, in which Rhode Island linebackers coach Chris Lorenti gives an overview of their game-planning process and the important questions they ask themselves when defending the run game.
As we get closer and closer to the season, now is a good time to review your game planning schedule and the division of work to be done amongst your staff, especially if you have new staff members or assignments.
In his full presentation, Coach Lorenti goes into how the game plan then translates into practice and the different drills they may use to fit the run and tackle. As always, all Lauren’s First and Goal presentations support the efforts to fund pediatric brain tumor research and cancer services.
