    Today's topic is all about feeling safe. When we don't feel safe, we will find coping mechanisms to try to satiate our nervous system so that our nervous system begins to feel protected. 


    If you are somebody who uses food as one of your coping mechanisms, and your body is in fight, flight, or freeze you are in survival mode. All of your systems in your body go towards survival, they don't go towards digestion and metabolism, and processing.


    If you're somebody who uses food to feel safe, but you don't feel safe. Your body isn't going to be able to process the food no matter how healthy you're eating. I know when you stop spending all of your energy worrying about what to eat, what not to eat, how to lose five pounds, what's the next thing you need to do, you will then have all of this energy and all of your resources to access your intuition to access your awareness. 


    When you access your awareness, your body is no longer in survival mode. It's in thrival mode.

    Today we're going to be talking about dreams. 


    There's something really interesting that happens in a group setting when we start talking about inviting people to begin to dream. To dream about their ideal body, to dream about their ideal relationship situation, to dream about their business and what they'd like to have as their life and living. Many times people come up with all these reasons why they can't have their dreams. Almost always, they are met with this primal resistance of fear and this primal resistance of failure, because people don't want to try something, if they feel like they're going to fail.

    Changing your body isn’t creating your life

    Today's topic and the theme that I want to talk about is changing your body is not creating your life, but creating your life can change your body. I run into a lot of people, mostly women who come to me and they have tried it all. They've tried the diets, they've tried the pills, some even tried gastric bypass surgery. They come to me because they've gotten to this place where they feel like nothing's working and they're always looking for the right answer, or the right solution or the right information.


    Life gets easier when you're creating. Whether it's business or getting into an a relationship, volunteering or finding the people and the energies that are continually contributing to your life. Then your body will begin to change because you don't have time to judge you.

    Are you willing to be insignificant?

    Are you willing to be insignificant?

    We are talking about being insignificant. Insignificance is different than not significant.


    When something is insignificant, it's almost like it then becomes devalued. There's a lot of charge around the word insignificant. Insignificant is so not valued. Where as unsignificant is it has a value, but you don't place so much importance upon it, that it controls you. When everything in your life is on unsignificant, you have infinite choice, when you make something insignificant. It's almost like you're looking for a benchmark of the things that have to be significant to replace it. 


    What happens when we make something significant?
