Hear inspiring stories leading up to Grandma's Marathon, a 26.2-mile road race along the scenic shores of Lake Superior and finishing in Duluth, Minn. Started in 1977 with only 150 runners, Grandma's Marathon is now the 12th largest marathon in the United States and brings approximately 20,000 participants to northern Minnesota each June. Our podcast is brought to you with the support of Essentia Health. Grandma's Marathon is proudly presented by Toyota, Members Cooperative Credit Union, and ASICS.

Fantastic running podcast
Grandma’s was my first and (so far) only full marathon and the entire experience was amazing. I’ve also ran the half many times. This podcast has so many helpful tips and fun aspects that incorporate ALL the fun Grandma’s Marathon has to offer! A must listen for any runner, especially those who run or have run Grandma’s!
First Marathon
I will be running the Grandmas Marathon as my first marathon this June! I am very excited for it along with nervous. I am loving this podcast learning more of the history and about the race! I can’t wait to get out there in June!
