I help geeks and gamers to play life better. As an INFP, I've spent a lot of time trying to understand myself, forcing myself outside of my comfort zone, finding my purpose in life, gaining self-confidence, and learning how to have better relationships. Personality type is one of the main models I use to help clients regain control over their lives, but I also tend to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnosis as well. Stay awhile and listen!

This isn't just about introvert problems, it's more about what is an introvert and extrovert (actually extravert) on a deeper level.     Stop Putting Someone on a Pedestal

I help mainly INFPs embrace their unique strengths and navigate life's challenges. Through practical strategies and deep insights, I aim to help people like you live a more fulfilling and authentic live where you can wake up and feel good about who you are and your impact on the world.  I want to give some advice on why (and a little how) to stop putting someone on a pedestal. I see it, and used to do it, all the time. It's not good for you and I'll give a little advice for why it's not good for your relationship. How to do it?... Hmm… stop doing it in your mind. Raise the status of yourself in your mind and in the real world so that you’re on the same level as others. And how do you do that? Learn. Study. Grow. Exercise. Treat yourself better. Appreciate your gifts. Learn more about your personality type and what you can offer the world. Donate to charity. Write a book. Give yourself a high-five every day in the mirror. Chant mantras / affirmations. Study self-hypnosis. Build a house. Fix your posture. Watch less tv. Any of those seem like a good way to help you think more highly of yourself (and thus not below others).
