After thirty years as a psychotherapist, entrepreneur and business consultant, Rick Breden, CEO of Behavioral Essentials, realized that many of the issues that impact work performance aren't related to work at all- Depression, anxiety, taking care of aging parents, chemical dependency, breast cancer, raising children, conflict- actually, everything that happens outside of work can have a huge impact on how you feel and perform at work. Our simple mission is to "help a lot of people." On Natural Tendencies we tackle the tough stuff with real people, and provide them with a place to process, learn and grow. We also provide practices and support materials that can help you overcome, or at least better manage, whatever is holding you back. Join Rick as he guides people through issues we all face, and hopefully learn something that brings more joy and productivity into your home and work life.
