I found this podcast and thought, oh it’s just what I need! And the episode I listened to was a great teaser for her FREE 5-0 method, which she mentions several times is on her website. But alas, it is not. I didn’t find anything free on her site except journaling prompts and they don’t say 5-0 method. And there is no way to contact her on the site either. Feels like another clickbait. Back to researching...

When reviewers say thing like Pahla’s message is meant to make you feel negative or guilty about what you’ve done for weight loss, I know without a doubt they never actually listened, or they went in deciding they were against mindset work no matter what. I have been so empowered by learning to take agency over my mindset. In the GYG, Pahla guides us to the thoughts that lead to feelings and actions that take us away from our goals. This practice will lead me to end my lifelong history of yo-yo dieting because I’m getting to the root of those thoughts that lead me to regain weight. Her message, her coaching is very freeing. Her podcast is such a great extension of her GYG group and worth a listen.
