Getting Stuff Done with Iron-Mom Dr. Cindy Starke

Dr. Cindy Starke is a physician certified in trauma release, mentor, award-winning author, speaker, and Subconscious Mind Expert who helps women in healthcare heal from burnout using subconscious re-patterning and optimization. 

Her award-winning book is titled “From Fear and Failure to the Finish Line-Unleash Your Potential and Discover the Champion Within” which chronicles her journey to the finish line of an Ironman Triathlon—140.6 miles of ocean swimming, biking, and running.   

Dr. Cindy is both an MD and a PhD in molecular genetics and a board-certified internal medicine physician who now helps women embrace their power and challenge their limiting beliefs to positively impact the trajectory of their lives.

Dr. Cindy describes how she became the first person in her family to go to college, and how she challenged herself to excel in medicine as well as the science of medical genetics. She shares how (and why) she decided to start training for a Triathlon. After failing her first attempt, rather than giving up, Dr. Cindy continued her training and successfully completed her Triathlon eight weeks later.

Dr. Cindy explains that most people don’t push beyond their limits, and that we all have the ability to accomplish great things, as long as we put our mind to it. She shares many valuable insights, tips and sage advice along with a healthy dose of tenacity, resilience, and irrepressible sense of humor.
