Monthly Practice: Shake and Let Go Meditation
Episode 15 is a powerful guided 15-minute, Shake and Let It Go Meditation Practice designed for those times when you want or need to let go of something or someone, especially if you are feeling any kind of distress and wish to approach a situation in your life from a more surrendered and let go place.
