Ghost of a Chance
When reporter Eric Roper buys a lovely 113-year-old house in Minneapolis, he wants to find out everything he can about its history. Harry and Clementine Robinson send him down a surprising rabbit hole into an incredible history he never heard before. As he artfully and meticulously pieces together the remarkable story of their lives, we find out what the Robinsons reveal about a history of race in Minneapolis -- the city that became ground zero for an unprecedented global racial reckoning. Outstanding & Necessary

I really appreciate how the narrators contrasted Harry’s abuse with stories of loving, nurturing Black fathers. That was important and intentional. Great series!

Only took a couple minutes for the George Floyd propaganda to begin 🤢
Great podcast

The Twin Cities created the framework for George Floyd's murder for 100 years. The mapping racism project referenced several times in this podcast was the first time i had realized that racial covenants were a major driver of the segregated city i grew up in. This podcast does great work in further elucidating racism in Minnesota. It is painful to hear and totally necessary, never more so than right now.

I am a podcast junkie and I highly recommend it for all. The story of race relations in Minnesota is not well known. Eric Roper tells a fascinating story. The production is superb.
