I’ve been told my whole life that I gab too much, from being moved to many different seats in primary school, to being sent out of class in high school to following me into my adult life too. Jokes on them though cause now I can podcast.

A Public Breakup, Addressing Rumours and Logging Out For Good... ft. Molly McFarlane

A Public Breakup, Addressing Rumours and Logging Out For Good... ft. Molly McFarlane

This week I’m joined by a very special guest and someone
that I’ve wanted on for the LONGEST time. Molly McFarlane is a Scottish influencer
who started her Instagram career before influencing was even a thing. I have
followed Molly for the longest time, like many people, as she has shared her incredible
style, her ongoing success, and sneak peaks into her life.

Alongside her career comes speculations, assumptions, and a lot of rumours. Molly shares her difficulties with people perceiving her, her public breakup, the changes in her career and friendships and her all around anxiety of working in this industry. This was a very candid and honest conversation
and really made me think about how we need to do more to treat others with kindness.

I hope you enjoy this episode and also remember not to believe everything you hear because most of the time, it’s bullsh!t :).

AU PAIRING IS NOT FOR THE WEAK

AU PAIRING IS NOT FOR THE WEAK

I'M BACKKK!!!! Literally, I'm back in Glasgow from being away as an au pair. What a journey it was... from breakdowns to diarrhoea to never wanting to have kids to making besties for life. Honestly, would I recommend being an au pair? No. Not unless you're mentally tough, which I am not. However, it does make for some great stories. ENJOOOOYYYYY

Don't Let Your Mind Bully Your Body

Don't Let Your Mind Bully Your Body

I'm opening up about my struggle with body image. I have struggled since I was a teenager with the way my body looked, like many others.

I always like to have a laugh and keep things lighthearted while I record episodes and this is still the case for this one but as you will see I do get emotional. I talk about the experiences I’ve had and how they still impact me to this day. I open up about my eating disorder and how I overcame it as well as my thoughts on the pressures of beauty standards that still remain in society.

We live in such a strange environment of social media and this bizarre celebrity world, nothing feels authentic or real, everything is so perfectly manicured and warped to be aesthetically pleasing. It’s hard to not put this pressure on ourselves and feel the weight of it. It’s always important to check yourself.

Please be kinder to yourself and speak to yourself as if you were speaking to the younger version of you. Look out for yourself and look out for each other.

I also want to say that I did film this on three hours of sleep after being on a night out so if I seem like I am out of it that is why lol, love you xxxxxxx

    PSA

If you are seriously struggling I urge you to please speak to someone you trust or seek help from your GP, you are not alone and you should not have to struggle alone.

    the truth about moving abroad

    the truth about moving abroad

I have LEFT THE UK and I am now living in Madrid!!!! I just started recording this and I ended up talking about how lonely it can feel moving away. Regardless of if you like the city and if you're surrounded by good people it can still be extremely isolating.

I moved here to get some space from Scotland, learn Spanish and to try something new. I kinda think I expected my problems to just disappear when I arrived here but they now feel bigger than ever to be honest....

It's not all glitz and glam when you move somewhere completely different but it is an exciting journey with its ups and downs. I hope you'll follow along as I continue to navigate the world 😊. KISSSSESSS xxxx 💋

OnlyFans disasters, caught doing it on the kitchen table and ultimate flatmate HORRORS

another episode full of SHOCKING horrors shared by myself and the listeners. This week I'm discussing flatmate / neighbour/ uni halls stories. There are some weird freak people that live among us. I share about my time living about the Edinburgh strip clubs, having to call the police on some wild visitors we had in the stairwell and our weird asf neighbours. On top of this the incredible listeners sent in their own freaky stories from OnlyFans disasters ( siblings :/ lol) to some disgusting mouldy flatmates. ENJOYYYYYY!!!! :))))
