Amanda Nauman is One Tuff Panda (Episode 133)
Amanda Nauman is one tuff panda. And this episode is to prove it! This week, we welcome Amanda to share all about her journey to gravel, as well as her new race - Mammoth Tuff. The trio delves into what it means to have equal coverage, and opportunity in gravel, as well as how women can uplift one another in the sport.
As the race director for Mammoth Tuff which had its first race in September of 2022, Amanda shares what it's been like to coordinate a gravel ride. Further, as a podcaster herself that advocates for women's coverage - Amanda shares her experience of advocating individually and how that has been received.

Why Equal Opportunity is No Longer Enough - An International Women's Day Discussion - The Feisty Women's Performance Podcast
What does equity mean in sport? Yes, it's women being included, but it's also resources for racing moms, supporting the inclusion of Black folks in historically white sports, having size-inclusive athletic gear, and SO much more. Feisty Media welcomes a panel of women with intersectional identities to celebrate International Women's Day and discuss why equal opportunity is no longer enough. Hosted by Selene Yeager and Sara Gross, guests Khadijah Diggs, Marley Blonsky, and Alison Tetrick share the inequity they've faced in their athletic spaces, and what equity would truly look like for them individually.

Listen to this week's episode to hear a non-intimidating conversation ranging from the etymology of chamois to peloton to the history of the bicycle.

Breaking Down the Barriers of Bikepacking with Devin Cowens (Episode 130)
Starting something new is daunting, and vulnerable - and it can be challenging to find spaces that are open and accepting of newness. This is exactly what Devin Cowens is trying to combat. Devin is a connector, organizer, and advocate for BIPOC folks in cycling. As the community organizer for Radical Adventure Riders, Devin seeks to get femme, trans and non-binary folks of all skill levels onto the bike.
Devin shares how she got into cycling in the first place, and the sense of power it brings her. Discussing how cycling affects people, Devin underlines how cycling can give a sense of escapism to Black folks. The trio discusses what it looks like to create a space for people of all skill levels, and what it takes to be comfortable in your not-knowing.

Adaptability is Everything with Annijke Wade (Episode 129)
We know this is a gravel podcast, but this week we couldn’t help but welcome adaptive mountain biker - Annijke Wade. As a Black disabled cyclist, Annijke gives us insight into her experience of the cycling community.
Sharing the life-altering story of her paralyzing mountain bike accident, Annijke outlines that it wasn’t just losing feeling in her legs that was devastating, it was also not being able to engage with her community in the same way. With the cycling community and well as the sport being so important to her, Annijke continues to race, and train as a paraathlete. Annijke shares how to be a better ally and what Black history month means to her.

Loving this content
Thank you for making such a great show featuring awesome women.
Girl power fuel!
Thank you guys for this awesome podcast, I feel like I made new friends, and I am learning so much!
You guys should interview Cynthia Frazier, she is the organizer of the race Gravista in Virginia and just an absolute beast on the bike. She won Unbound XL this year.
Love GGG podcast
Keep up the great conversations and interviews, Ladies! I really adored episode 101 with Alli and Anne, giving a great overview of the Tour de F Femmes. (I was still learning so much about this race from this episode!) I adore the passion, the knowledge about the athletes, and how this podcast showcases both the athletes, and the leaders in the athletic industry who are pushing womens sports engagement further!!! We are so thankful for this progressive action. (PS- I loved that Alli was dropping F-bombs!!! Such passion. Stay authentic! No apologies!)
