They go on to look at Prime Minister Fumio Kishida’s plan for an Asian Zero Emission Community, or AZEC, Japan’s leadership in hydrogen power, the reexamination of nuclear energy and the requirement for diverse, resilient energy supplies against the background of current geopolitical friction.
