It was an absolute pleasure being on the Thrive Careers Podcast with Olajumoke. She is extremely thorough and well-prepared. Prior to being on the podcast, we had a pre-interview to ensure we were aligned, and I was a good fit to be on the show. Once we agreed on the path forward, it was very easy to schedule time and coordinate our schedules. On the show, she had very inquisitive questions throughout. She had great follow-up questions when I provided my insights and shared personal stores. And she was able to provide thoughts from her own experiences to the discussion as well. She has a great, bubbly personality that keeps you engaged throughout the conversation. An amazing experience overall from the beginning to end. I love her podcast, and I hope to have the opportunity to join as a guest again in the future. And I definitely plan to keep Olajumoke in my network moving forward.
