I have listened to over 900 episodes of Golf Smarter That should say everything Fred has interviewed most of the top minds from all over the world in the great game of golf. Outstanding podcast.

I subscribe to several podcasts and GolfSmarter is one of my favorites. Fred is an excellent interviewer and has been able to have great guests discussing a multitude of topics-instruction, equipment, mental game and strategy to name a few . Keep up the good work Fred!

Commercial after commercial hosted by an annoying guy that has on good guests that are always peddling something. Don’t fall for the stuff they’re all selling. I do pick up tidbits on the rare occasion after I’ve listened to my other better golf pods

I stumbled upon The Golf Smarter podcast a few months ago. I am self employed and ride a lawn mower for 6-8 hours every day. So I wanted to keep my mind occupied with interesting topics related to golf to help me achieve lowering my handicap. So grateful for all the great topics and folks Fred has interviewed over the years. I particularly appreciate the Golf Smarter Mulligans episodes that revisit previous episodes. I love this podcast as it has a lot of different guests that offer interesting insights in the game of golf. Highly recommended to all of you golf junkies.

Listened to so many of his podcasts over last decade and it is always very good, informative and a touch of humor at times too!!

I came across Golf Smarter about a year and a half ago when I started exploring golf podcasts for my commute. This show was one of the first I added to my rotation, and I really got hooked during the series of interviews with Tony Manzoni. Fred is a fantastic host and approaches each conversation from the listener’s perspective - just another golf addict looking to learn and improve. He asks good questions and provides relatable examples from his own golfing experiences. But the best part of Golf Smarter (and it’s sister show, Golf Smarter Mulligans) are the guests. Fred invites people from all over the golfing world including club pros, fitness trainers, authors, inventors, and so on. And they cover many different opinions including various swing theories and approaches to the game. If you are looking for an entertaining and educational golf podcast that covers a wide variety of the golfing world, I’d recommended Golf Smarter.

I love getting out and golfing with my women friends, Fred’s podcast is accessible and interesting. I love his style, he doesn’t talk down at all, but addresses real everyday golfers. In a recent episode we were reminded to have fun, I always try to remember that, if I have a good time it doesn’t matter what I score. I also like learning about all the new technology around clubs and balls from a place that isn’t trying to sell me something, but letting me know what’s out there. Great show.

Fred is a tremendous interviewer. The May 4 and July 2022 discussion with Jim Waldron is a must listen. Open up your mind, listen to this (and Jim Waldron’s previous ones) and acknowledge the massive impact the mental side has on your game. Even better, work with Jim at balancepoint golf directly - the best coach I’ve ever worked with.

Interesting guests and topics but Fred’s interrupting and one-upping guests is tiresome.
