Alexa, Melanie, and BJ all regularly silence engagement in critical discussion about their platforms' harmful impacts and have made concerted moves to manipulate Britney Spears' conservatorship case to vault their own platforms into greater visibility. Alexa, Melanie, and BJ have also all been suspected in several people's alleged opinions of behaving in ways that several people suspect to be in controlled opposition to freedom movements. And they’ve all received significant material and social rewards at the expense of activists and researchers they try to bully out of the movement.
