Willie went on to open the doors for the young Good Tidings Foundation to build over a dozen facilities to aid the most marginalized youth in SF.

Vida shares many stories about growing up in the south in the 50's and how he picked cotton to get enough money to buy his first baseball glove. Hear about the evidence-based, inclusive, safe surf therapy, and how the organization aims to accomplish this by growing the surf therapy sector. Kris explains, how Surf Therapy offers demonstrable benefits to vulnerable youth, adults healing from trauma, veterans and first responders, and people with mental and physical disabilities. She goes onto to share that this soon will be a prescription based way of healing.
