Episode 8: ‘Vibes on Overdrive’ - ADHD, Big Emotions and RSDing all over the place

Welcome back everyone! Out of all the episodes we have released so far, this is not one you want to miss. In this episode, we dive deep into emotional dysregulation, which is something that lies at the core of ADHD alongside many other executive functioning challenges. It is not uncommon for ADHDers to be labelled as ‘sensitive’, ‘emotional’, ‘too much’ or as ‘going from 0 to 100’, with some ADHDers even being given additional diagnoses in attempt to explain why they present this way, all because emotional regulation and the way it presents in ADHDers is often not considered or well understood. We also deep dive into Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) and discuss some of the impacts this can have on all aspects of an ADHDers life, alongside research, and both our professional and personal opinions.    As always we are so open and committed to our listener base and ensuring that we discuss topics that are accessible, relatable and relevant to what our listeners want to hear.
