Nigeria's New Service Chiefs

On Tuesday, January 26, Buhari announced the resignation of the service chiefs and appointed new set of chiefs to lead the Nigeria's military's offensive against insurgents. The challenge is that the federal government is issuing this ultimatum in the middle of the struggle with Covid 19 pandemic.
