A Disciple Values Christ Above All - Mark 8:27-38 - June 30, 2024
The most important part of Jesus’ call to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow him, is that he is the one who is calling. Disciples come to see who Jesus is, and they follow him as he is. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, our Savior and Lord, is standing before us bidding us to come and follow him. He makes the self-denial and cross bearing worth it. May we love and value him above all.

A Disciple Lives from a Heart Cleansed by Christ - Mark 7:1-23 - June 23, 2024
In this encounter with religious leaders, Jesus teaches us that discipleship is not a matter of keeping traditions established by man for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a relationship with God. Discipleship is obedience to God’s word that comes from a heart of love for him. This encounter also reveals our need for a Savior to cleanse our hearts and make them new so we can follow Christ. Christ is our Savior. May we follow him as Lord.

Scott Patty, Pastor, teaches directly from the Word week after week with integrity, enthusiasm and with a commitment to the Gospel as relevant to our lives. I have personally seen my faith, and that of my family, challenged and grown as a result of his expository messages.
