The month of November is set aside for the observance of National Gratitude Month that encourages individuals to reflect on the many blessings in their lives and express your gratitude towards others. So in support of your mental and emotional health and wellbeings, I want students to engage in varies gratitude practices and activities throughout 2024-25 school year. There are many ways to celebrate National Gratitude Month such as

• Expressing thankfulness to loved ones
• Give back to your community by voluteering your time and skills
• Sending handwritten notes of appreciation to a friend, a mentor, a colleague or even a stranger
• Sharing inspirational quotes on gratitude with friends and followers on social media or through personal message
• Keeping a gratitude journal by writing down things you are grateful for
• Praticing mindfulness and meditation as apart of your daily routine
