The Dr. John Delony Show

John Delony does a lovely job of talking perfect strangers through life’s challenges - which is no small feat. These are short calls, but he’s able to pack a lot in. I’ve learned so much about communication, boundaries & having confidence as a parent navigating the tech world we live in. I would love to see him find a new way of “neutralizing the conversation” without the self-deprecating one-liners. Callers don’t know how to respond. You have a large audience John, own it! That said, he’s kind & honest with his listeners. I look forward to each new episode.

I’m so impressed with the relational wisdom and insight in this show. I began listening about a month ago and it is changing the way I interact with myself and people around me. There are a number of quotes and phrases that have stuck with me, such as “grief demands a witness” and “trafficking in reality”. Thank you Dr John and team for making such a great podcast, I really enjoy listening!
