I’m going through a lot in my young life from throughout childhood, so I know how this feels. To those out there dealing with situations like this, I want you all to know that you’re not alone and that through mindful meditations and deep slow thinking and time you will be healed.
Amazing!

This podcast helped tremendously for me. The beginning of school was stressful and full of drama so I wanted help on dealing with that. I was scrolling through podcasts and I found this. I started watching episodes and realized this podcast is amazing. I discovered this in fifth grade and am now in 7th. I found this at a time were I didn’t know who to be friends with. I started hanging out with some other people and my main friends all starting be mean and saying rude things about me behind my back. It hurt a lot, but this made me realize to be myself. At the end of sixth grade my best friend who I had known for about four years “left/ditched” me for people who were more “popular” then I was. It hurt so bad but I realized that when one door closes another opens l- and that door opened right away. My friend and I who I had known four 8 years now and who I was best friends with kindergarten-3rd grade, started getting closer because of this-and soon we were inseparable like we used to be. The reason I bring this up is because at the time I was very hurt by that one friend, I listened to this podcast and learned that if she doesn’t like me for who I am, then it’s not my fault. This podcast also helped me when I had a lot of anxiety and worry with school and personal things and when my self esteem was low and I had self doubt. It teaches that nothing is perfect I love all episodes and all the meditations but my favorite episode is the friendship one, because it explains the do’s, and don’ts of friendship. Now I am the best version of me. Mindfulness brings you a long way for sure. This podcast had very positive effects on my life. I would definitely recommend this for any teen or tween who has stress problems, anxiety, low self esteem, or relationship (friendship) issues.
