Leaders Need Leaders Too
Guys, I can’t thank you enough for your podcast. As a new lay leader of our church’s group and Sunday School ministries, I’m finding a wealth of great information by listening to you and your guests. I especially like the openness and vulnerability of your guests as they share personal testimonies of their ministries. Please keep up the great work. A personal request is to include podcasts for the ministry lay leaders (not the small group leaders), on how ministry leaders can invest in and train group leaders in areas that are needed and how we can increase and grow the number of small groups in our church. God bless.

Long Introduction
Episode #127: Just finished your episode on Spiritual Practices. The introduction seemed long to me. You could get into the main content sooner. Other than that your podcast was great.
