I have been in the business almost 4 years. I have struggled with the way I was being taught to run my business. Listening to Robyn's podcasts has been a breath of fresh air for me. The work we do in the financial industry is SO IMPORTANT! People need our help. We NEED to be genuine and authentic in what we do. Fancy elevator pitches, cold calling, and just wishing and hoping you can find enough people to just sign a contract so you can make a sale and a commission is NOT authentic or genuine. So many of the things Ron spoke about are in my daily routine. It’s exciting to know I’m on the right track (I do detour often and need to adjust 😉) and that woman are finally being recognized for the selfless power houses that most of us are! I need to implement self-care a little more in my life.
