The studios were a sanctuary during our stay in uncertain times in Connecticut We are now back in Texas in uncertain times and the Yoga Shop is there By podcast! Such a wonderful thing to do. What happened to Joe’s express class? A shorter class podcast would be so so helpful.

I practice regularly at the Yoga Shop and the one day I REALLY needed to get there, snow kept me away. (Go figure) Then I remembered there were Podcasts! I just finished Joe’s 75 minute Power Up Class and I feel like a whole new person. His energy radiated through my Bluetooth speaker and hearing the breath of other students made me feel like I was there, in class, at my home studio in Glastonbury. Everything in this podcast was exactly what I needed. A huge thank you for making these available. They will never replace the energy I feel in studio, but they are perfect for the day when nothing seems to be going right... when in actuality it is. Namaste.
