Even if there are 10 moments that could derail you, that leaves DOZENS of opportunities to make healthy choices in between. Let Go of All-or-Nothing Thinking Enjoy your holiday meals and treats, but don’t let one day turn into a week of overeating. Example: Celebrate Thanksgiving, then start fresh on Friday by returning to your non-negotiable healthy habits. Set a New Fitness Goal Make your health journey fun by choosing an exciting goal: Join a gym before the January rush. Work on a pull-up or push-up goal. Train for a 5K in January. Start an ab or plank challenge! Choose What’s Worth It Decide ahead of time which holiday foods you truly enjoy and skip the rest.
