For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you. I appreciate the way Jess shares authentically about the challenges of being a mom, and also her practical tips of organzing, so momhood seems less chaotic. She is so real, connecting with moms on a deep level, addressing pain points, and giving solutions to get you out of overwhelmed and into efficiency and joy in family life. I enjoy listening! Having read Atomic Habits years ago, I liked the ideas in the book but never really used them in my day to day. Then along comes Jess and puts habit stacking into a language in which mom’s can relate. Using household examples, like cleaning out a fridge, she made me realize this WILL work for me. Thanks keep up the good work!

I can’t tell you how relieved I am that I found Jess’s podcast! She breaks things down into simple easy practical tips that I can feel less overwhelmed and more common at peace in my life! I’m so grateful for all that she gives on her podcast I think every mom needs to listen to this!
