2006 was a big year for Hamish and Andy. In fact, it was one of their first years on full time drive radio and they were establishing a few regular characters like their mate Brad Blanks and Grandma Moosey. But it was also the year they started spending every Friday in their jocks, Andy won Cleo's Bachelor Of The Year, they bought a greyhound and named him Fred Basset and they topped the year off by pressing the button on Dave's boat clearly marked "Do Not Press". 2008 was a big year for Hamish & Andy with the second Caravan of Courage across Australia, the invention of the people's gravy chip (which was initially in short supply), the boys went on a trip to Beijing for the Olympics. 2014 was also a huge year for Hamish & Andy with the arrival of Sonny Blake, there was an egg attack on their boss' house from a listener named Nathan, Hamish started selling Timomatic's autograph, the boys played the first ever game of 'Am I Naked?', they went loophole hunting through the rules of soccer and they settled the people's Island. 2009 was a massive year for Hamish & Andy with a Caravan Of Courage trip around the USA, a tall ship adventure across Bass Straight in the middle of a hurricane, the grassroots movement to get the KFC bucket in Gympie spinning again, they invented a new dating game called 'Pat Your Head If You're Single' and there was the greatest live-to-air blooper ever. 2016 was a huge year for Hamish & Andy with a week of shows from a cruise ship, some nude moments between Hamish and Jack, they pranked the office staff with a very realistic looking dinosaur in the car park, Hamish turned back the clock with a pager so listeners could beep him, they played golf with Justin Timberlake (heckling was encouraged), they broadcast live from a blimp with no facilities and there was an east coast tour for Cool Boys and the Front Men.
