Lots of Great Tips

This podcast is full of great tips to boost the mood level. Gabrielle has a velvety smooth voice. This, along with a soft background jazz tune make it the perfect thing to listen to any time. Also, now that I have The Happiness Upgrade book, I am constantly thinking of how I can improve my situation. My awareness of my happiness level lets me make choices that can improve my mood anywhere from 1 to 3 points out of 10.
