Sushi the cat sometimes comments so that's super cute too. 🐱

I love learning about different hobbies/interests in each episode. There is quite a bit of variety in the hobbies people have, so there’s always something new to learn. In the first half of each episode you can learn about what it’s like being a professional musician and all of the different possible career paths people can take within music.

I’ve just binged my way through several episodes, starting with the one where my daughter, Bree, was interviewed. It’s a cool insight to hear about myself as a parent from her perspective to say the least! After her interview, I was curious to learn what else these amazing, creative, highly-trained musicians had to say about their lives in these unsettling times (2020, that is). Patty is an exceptional host, a good listener as well as a good questioner. She draws upon personal experiences and relationships with each musician and their stories draw you in, so much so that you feel like you’re right there with them in the interview. This podcast is a wonderful gift to come out of a very difficult time due to COVID-19, and I encourage everyone to listen to it!
