Hi, I’m Marisa. Shamanic Healer & Meditation teacher. I help women transform their inner and outer worlds through shamanic meditation and the Toltec Path (The practice of The Four Agreements, a book written by Don Miguel Ruiz). My journey begins on 01/07/2008 in a drug and alcohol rehab center in Ventura, California. From that day, I have embarked on a journey of healing and transformation, helping other women heal along the way. If you desire change, or to simply just love yourself exactly as you are, then welcome home. This podcast is here to help you unlearn all of the beliefs that limit you and remember who you really are: A magical spiritual being.     JOIN ME FOR A JOURNEY AROUND THE SUN Hello Sisters!   Our beautiful and magical Sisters of the Moon community has been gathering since since 2019. It has been a very open and flowy container for all to weave in and out of. I have loved that about what we have created together. It is present, organic and beautiful in that way.   But it is time for something new I have had a vision, for awhile now, for a more committed, intentional container. I want to work more closely with the women in the world who are seeking magic in their lives, women who are committed to transformation and higher consciousness. Women who want to explore their gifts and have desire to be a part of something greater.   I also have a great desire to better KNOW you To support you in deeper ways. To have more time to hear your voice. More time for you to share, and more time to turn you inward and towards one another.  I have a great desire to have time for longer teachings  So that I may share more and inspire you. I have been committed to a path of higher consciousness, healing myself, and helping others heal themselves for over 16 years. I have studied and continue to study with amazing teachers and have so much I want to share with you in a more intentional way.     Some of my teachings will include:  Transformation Through Shamanic Meditation Working with the Archetypes of the Tarot Working with the Archetypes of the Divine Feminine   Transforming your outer world through the transformation of your inner world  Navigating exactly where you are instead of always trying to change / transform or be different   Creating a healthy/ new relationship with anger, greif, suffering, anxiety and fear: the emotions we often seek to avoid.  Learning to trust yourself, be yourself and revere yourself  Story Telling Ritual Healing from Codependence Healing from addictions or habits that keep you from your most highest self Helping you connect to your inner fire and passions  Inspiring you to deepen into your spiritual gifts and supporting you in taking your hearts work and sharing it with the world  Supporting you in your personal goals, dreams and creations And so much more    Some of my teachers lineages that will be woven inside of my teachings:  The Toltec Path (The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz)  Shamanic Breathwork & Wolf Clan Medicine (Linda Star Wolf)  The Pathway To Surrender (Dr. David Hawkins)  Codependence Recovery    For the last two years I have been part of a cohort myself with Linda Starwolf. Meeting with a small group of women, each month for 3 hours is what has inspired this container.  Since I began the cohort I have not once felt separated from the magic that is created in sacred circle. I felt held, seen, given room to share, been supported, inspired, grown immensely and have made amazing connections with other women. I have committed to the cost, the time, the energy and it has come back to me ten fold.   I am ready to take Sisters of the Moon to a deeper place. And I am inviting you to join me There will be 2 Cohorts of 6 women. Keeping the circle small for more time to focus on you and your journey, get to know one another better , as well as have time for longer teachings and shamanic journeys.    We will gather once a month on Zoom for 3 hours Zoom may not feel like it can be as powerful as in person circle, but I will be creating a very sacred container. I will smudge, pull cards for each of you, and you will be invited to create your own sacred space and take the time to be wherever is most nourishing for you. It also allows for women all over the world to gather together and I love the possibility of who may be able to join.

    This meditation is for those mornings when we wake up and anxiety, fear, and disaster mind have taken over before we have even gotten out of bed.  A feeling in our body triggers us into countless stories, worries, judgements and fears. We may find ourselves angry and frustrated with ourselves and double down on the uncomfortable feelings.  In this morning meditation we release ourselves from the story, hold space for the feeling and allow it to metabolize and move through us. Whatever we resist persists. From a place of courage we surrender, allow and step into courage so we can honor another day given to us and stay open to the Divine unfolding that can take place when we trust we are safe and loved by the universe.
