I honestly love listening to this podcast! I do a lot of reading, watch videos and follow other podcasts on similar subject matters and this is unique. It feels like having two knowledgeable, funny, supportive friends discuss and share on the topic of mindfulness! So glad that I found this!

I’m loving this podcast! The information is accessible and helpful. The hosts have a lot of great suggestions and relatable stories and they keep the episodes flowing in a fun but concise way. I appreciate that I can play this in the car while commuting with my teens so we are learning together.

I’m typically not interested in podcasts of this genre, but this podcast is very different than the mainstream mindfulness podcasts. The conversations are genuine and it’s a quick and easy listen.
