Welcome to the Health Stories podcast by Span. I'm Patrick the co-founder & CEO. In this series, we'll explore the intersection of health span and lifespan through community stories and conversations with doctors and nutritionists. For this first episode, I wanted to introduce my talented team at Span. Joining me will be Rachel, our Lead Nutritionist, trained chef, cancer survivor, and Adam, our Chief Medical Officer, M.D. at the NHS, who worked with thousands of diabetics.
