Good concept

Nice mix of personality types between Patricia and Jonathan. Some basic info that’s good for starting out. Can we get Jonathan his own microphone? It sounds like he’s in the next room. I recommend a quick consult with a sound guy/gal to clean up the mix.

This can be triggering for those with disordered eating. Also, no adult needs just 1200 calories to maintain their weight. I’m only 5’3 and 100 pounds and my rate if I do nothing all day is 1400
