You can be Free

I absolutely love Katrina and Chris from Healthy Free Life. They have walked the journey and continue to walk it out daily along with the rest of us. They offer so much encouragement and support through the Healthy Free Life Academy and other programs. I love that not only do they talk about God's glorious foods, movement and water but they also teach us that our bodies are temples of the living God and we should honor him with our bodies. Every step forward is one step closer to living a Health Free Life. I also love that are addressing hormonal issues especially for women in going into or who are already in menopause.
