Angel explores the intersections of mental health, functional nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and lots of other topics that are not always considered from a holistic perspective (so important). I feel like I started listening at just the right time! I found this series especially helpful, as I am looking to make some lifestyle changes and improve my overall health and well-being. I also appreciate that this information is presented in an interesting and accessible way. Angel knows her stuff and I am excited and motivated to learn more!
