The founder and CEO of MELA Arts Connect @melartsconnect - her work has focused on nurturing the ecosystem around South Asian performing arts and community. She's turned her disadvantages as a woman of color in a predominantly white field into her superpower, while also going against norms and expectations of her within the South Asian community.
