Heroism of Love: Finding Safety, Family, and Hope in Rural Indiana

Shining Through The Clouds: The Resilience of LGBTQ+ Families in America

Claudia and Rosie are LGBTQ+ parents of Mexican heritage living in rural Indiana. Together, they've seen it all: Being discriminated against because of their ethnicity, gender expression, sexual orientation, language, and more. But throughout that struggle, they've become pillars in their community and beacons of hope. In this episode, we talk about their love story, becoming parents, finding community in rural Indiana, and navigating the fear and anxiety that comes from something as simple as using the restroom.

Their story serves as a testament to the power of resilience, community, and the unbreakable spirit that shines through even in the darkest clouds.
