Whitney helps individuals transform their health from the inside out while also losing weight sustainably. She works part-time as an inpatient clinical pharmacist at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

    A little about Whitney Prude
    When her parents underwent a painful divorce during her teenage years, she was dealt a devastating blow. It felt as if her world had collapsed around her, leaving her feeling abandoned, hurt, and broken.

    Despite facing this painful process and struggling with buried emotions, She pursued her dreams of becoming a pharmacist. Although it wasn't an easy journey, she battled through the challenges and graduated from pharmacy school, believing she had successfully dealt with her inner struggles.

    But life had different plans for her, and I was forced to confront the consequences of neglecting her wellbeing. Through resilience, therapy, and self-discovery, she began healing and rebuilt her life to establish a thriving business.

    Her story is a testament to the power of perseverance and the potential for transformative change, even in the face of adversity.
