After a successful career in corporate administration, Tracy chose to follow her passion for supporting others through counselling. A pivotal life event prompted her to reflect deeply on her values, beliefs, and goals, ultimately leading her to pursue a more meaningful career path. Tracy began her training with a Diploma of Counselling, followed by a Bachelor of Counselling, and is now a dedicated member of the Australian Counselling Association. She specializes in providing compassionate, solution focused support to women navigating life’s transitions, particularly those who are childfree or childless. When she’s not working, Tracy enjoys unwinding with a good book, her cats, a cup of coffee, and her ever-growing Lego collection. Shelley owns and operates Narrow Escape Rooms in Penrith with her brother Craig & sister-in-law Kit. An escape room is an indoor game where couples or small groups work together to discover clues, solve puzzles to complete a mission. She is a wife and mother of two teenagers and a dog. My career prior to being a business owner was mainly in Human Resources with some time in payroll, WHS, workers compensation, administration and accounts payable. She is also a lifelong volunteer, being a girl guide and leader when I was young and now Volunteer Event Director at Penrith Lakes parkrun. She loves getting to know more people in her community and hearing of their challenges and triumphs.
