As someone who has been going through depression and anxiety, it’s so incredibly gratifying to hear you speak and describe your emotions and internal monologue to yourself. I speak to myself the same way. Coupled with the calming beats, hearing you describe those thoughts and feelings so precisely and eloquently helps bring me back to balance and reality on topics that usually set my mind racing. I feel weirdly empowered hearing you go through similar things and still continue to work and be excellent at what you. So thank you!
