Coach Todd Wise & Merissa Wise run their own online and in person CrossFit athlete coaching business called “The Pack” in New York, and have previously owned multiple CrossFit gyms in Northern California, the latest one being CrossFit Curahee/Standard Strength. They both coach Competetive CrossFit games athletes and we go into how they do it, from training, mindset, nutrition to bio-hacking. We also talk about Merissa’s approach to her own training etc. that will get her to the CrossFit games.
