I have found that Ron and Heather continually show the power of “It’s not WHAT you know it’s WHO you know.” That is how you get ahead of the game and grow, instead of trying to avoid the bad mistakes by doing it YOURSELF! Ron’s business, “RP Capital” or RPC invest. Is a shinning star of that leveraged power. Anyone with investing funds can be successful in Real Estate as long as you have the right people in your corner. And in my opinion Ron, and his company, is one of the best at establishing good honest connections to allow us as investors to gain back our most important resource which is our time.
