This is hands down the podcast I recommend the most! Brad’s author interviews are thoughtful and in-depth. I’ve been listening for 15 years and still look forward to every author interview!

Thank you for your election interview with AM Homes; as well as your many enriching author interviews. I’d already voted a few weeks ago, but found it very informative.

Came across an interview with Stephen Graham Jones in a search for podcasts about horror screenwriting, stuck around for a few more episodes because I really appreciate Brad’s interviewing style. By now I’ve listened to interviews with Jones as well as Jonathan Ames and Alexander Chee, and I’m interested in continuing to listen even though those are the main author names I’ve recognized so far. I’m a beginning writer, with a lot of anxiety that likes to get in the way of actual writing, and this podcast always makes me FEEL like writing — calm and curious and motivated. That itself is invaluable.
