Hispanics - A Primer

David Tamayo. Hispanic American Freethinkers (HAFree).  

Mr. Tamayo serves as Chief Information Officer for a large aerospace company in Washington, DC; he  has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from George Washington University and a master’s degree in Management in Information Systems from the University of Virginia  

David is cofounder and president of Hispanic American Freethinkers (HAFree).  He was a founding board director of Camp Quest Chesapeake as well as Vice President of the Reason Rally 2016.  

He is head organizer of HAFree High School Outreach Mentor Program to Hispanic and immigrant students teaching Critical Thinking Skills and Career Planning in Northern Virginia.
